William Knox D'Arcy est un homme d'affaires britannique né à Newton Abbot le 11 octobre 1849 et mort à Stanmore le 1er mai 1917. Il est l'un des principaux pionniers de l'industrie pétrolière et pétrochimique en Iran. Il a été directeur de l'Anglo-Persian Oil Company.
