Will Keith Kellogg, né le 7 avril 1860 et mort le 6 octobre 1951 est un industriel américain, spécialisé dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire.
Avec son frère médecin, John Harvey Kellogg, il popularisa la consommation de nourritures bonnes pour la santé au petit-déjeuner, et particulièrement de corn flakes. En 1906, il fonde la Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company, devenue par la suite la Kellogg Company. En 1930 il crée la W. K. Kellogg Foundation.
Il fonde également le Kellogg College d'Oxford, et fait don de son ranch à Pomona à l'école polytechnique de l'Université de Californie à la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il a fait plusieurs autres dons à des universités.
