Vaughan Going, né le 26 août 1972, est un joueur de rugby à XV professionnel néo-zélandais, formé par le rugby à XIII, et évoluant au poste de trois-quart aile (ou arrière). Joueur possédant un petit gabarit très musclé, d'une vitesse de course à pied (ballon en main) exceptionnelle, et n'ayant pas peur d'aller au contact face à des joueurs plus fort et plus puissant que lui.
C'est le neveu de Sid Going.
