George Udny Yule
George Udny Yule (18 février 1871 – 26 juin 1951) était un statisticien écossais. Ses contributions théoriques et pratiques furent importantes dans le cadre de la corrélation et de la régression mathématique. La distribution de Yule-Simon, une distribution discrète, est nommée en son honneur et celle de Herbert Simon. George Udny Yule est devenu membre de la Royal Society le 12 mai 1921.
