Mary Mallon (née le 23 septembre 1869, morte le 11 novembre 1938), également connue sous le nom de Mary Typhoïde (Typhoid Mary), fut la première personne aux États-Unis identifiée comme porteur sain de la fièvre typhoïde.
Au cours de sa carrière en tant que cuisinière, elle infecta 32 personnes, dont deux moururent de la maladie. Sa renommée est en partie due à son déni véhément de sa propre responsabilité dans la transmission de la maladie, ainsi que son refus de cesser son travail de cuisinière. Elle fut mise en quarantaine, par la force, deux fois, par les autorités de santé publique, et mourut en quarantaine.
