Tygodnik Powszechny (en français : L’Hebdomadaire universel) est un hebdomadaire polonais de tendance catholique libérale, traitant principalement de questions politiques et culturelles.
Il est notamment engagé dans le dialogue entre juifs et catholiques polonais[1].
Histoire
Il a été fondé à Cracovie en 1945 par le cardinal Adam Stefan Sapieha. Son rédacteur en chef a été de 1999 à avril 2011 Adam Boniecki qui appartient à la congrégation des marianistes. C'est désormais Piotr Mucharski[2],[3] qui dirige l'hebdomadaire.
Une partie du capital appartient au groupe Ouest-France[4].
