On appelle Toungouses ou Toungouzes un groupe de peuples de Sibérie (région du Toungouska) : Evenks, Lamoutes, etc. Parfois le mot désigne uniquement les Evenks. Cette appellation est aujourd'hui vieillie. Ils parlent les langues toungouses. Les Mandchous ou Djurtchets ont des origines toungouses.
