The Trash Can Sinatras
The Trash Can Sinatras, plus connu sous le nom Trashcan Sinatras, est un groupe écossais fondé en 1987. Leur plus grand succès a été le titre Obscurity Knocks extrait de leur premier album Cake. L'album suivant I've Seen Everything a été diffusé au Royaume-Uni, aux États-Unis et au Japon en 1993, puis ce fut le tour de A Happy Pocket en 1996 seulement diffusé au Royaume-Uni. Après la fermeture de leur maison de disque Go! Discs Records, le groupe a continué à enregistrer et à jouer en concert, ce qui a donné lieu à la diffusion de morceaux sur leur site web. Ils ont fait leur retour en 2004 avec l'album Weightlifting qui fut bien accueilli par la critique, et le groupe entama une tournée de 25 dates aux États-Unis en octobre/novembre 2004. Ils travaillent actuellement sur leur prochain album qui s'intitulera "In the music".
