ToorCon est un évènement Black Hat se déroulant à San Diego, aux États-Unis, traditionnellement à la fin septembre de chaque année.
Cet évènement est destiné aux hackers et aux professionnels de la sécurité. L'objectif principal de ToorCon est de présenter des conférences à un prix réduit dans une atmosphère de haute qualité.
Lancé en 1999 à l'initiative du groupe 2600, l'édition 2006 était donc la huitième depuis la création de la convention.
