Timau (Tischlwang en allemand et en cimbre) est une frazione de la commune de Paluzza, dans la province d'Udine, dans la région Frioul-Vénétie julienne, dans le nord-est de l'Italie.
Il y existe une communauté cimbre depuis la création du village vers 1284.
