Un tillite ou till est l'équivalent des moraines glaciaires c'est-à-dire l'accumulation de débris de roches qui sont entrainés puis abandonnés par les glaciers. Par exemple les tilittes du Karoo en Afrique du Sud. Au Canada on distingue généralement deux sortes de till, soit le till d'ablation, qui correspond aux débris rocheux transporté dans et dessus le glacier, et le till de fond qui correspond au débris situé sous celui-ci[1].
