Thomas West dit baron de la Warr (9 juillet 1577 – 7 juin 1618), 3e (ou 12e) baron de la Warr, fut un gouverneur de la colonie de Virginie sous Jacques Ier d'Angleterre et rendit à cette colonie les plus grands services.
On a depuis donné par reconnaissance son nom au Delaware (fleuve) et à un État des États-Unis (Delaware).
