Son secrétariat international se trouve à Penang, Malaisie. Son magazine, Third World Resurgence, couvre également un large éventail de sujets concernant l'économie, l'écologie, la biotechnologie ...
The network conducts research on various issues pertaining to the third world countries; It publishes books and magazines, organizes seminars.
Dirigé (et fondé) par Martin Khor, il a des antennes à Accra (Ghana), Genève, (Suisse), Goa (Inde) et Montevideo (Uruguay).
