The Hop La ! est un groupe montpelliérain de punk-rock'n'roll agité reconnaissable à sa musique énergique et ses paroles simples mais efficaces. Formé sur les cendres des Sheriff groupe punk de la fin des années 1980 dont deux des ex-membres sont actuellement intégrés au quatuor, celui-ci parcourt la France de concerts en concerts depuis début 2005 aux côtés de grandes figures du punk : (Parabellum, The Exploited, La Souris Déglinguée, No One, Okploïde, Métal Urbain...). Leur champ d'action s'élargit en 2007 avec une tournée au Canada. Suite à leur premier album paru en 2006.
Le deuxième album des The Hop La ! Sans Danger (album) est sortie fin 2008.
