L'album est sortie dans les bacs le 12 décembre 2006 après la sortie du premier single "I Luv It". Young Jeezy laché son deuxième single «Bury Me A G» à travers la mixtape I Am The Dream Street. J.E.E.Z.Y. est le troisième single, et il est apparu sur la vidéo de "Bury Me A G» comme jeté scènes coupées. Le 4e single est sorti, "Go Getta" avec R. Kelly. À compter du 11 juillet 2007, l'album s'est vendu à 1103863 exemplaires aux États-Unis Young Jeezy enregistré 120 chansons pour l'album et a choisi ceux qu'il considérait comme les 16 meilleurs titres.
