The H-Man (Bijo to Ekitainingen (美女と液体人間, Bijo to Ekitainingen? littéralement La Belle et les Hommes liquides) est un film tokusatsu produit et réalisé par les studios Toho en 1958. Le film a été réalisé par l'équipe d'Ishirō Honda, qui regroupe entre autres Eiji Tsuburaya et Tomoyuki Tanaka. C'est cette même équipe qui avait réalisé le plus célèbre film des studios Toho Godzilla. Le film The H-Man forme ce qui, avec The Human Vapor et Secret of the Telegian, est considéré comme « la trilogie des mutants » des studios Toho.
Ce film est l'un des rares (avec The Human Vapor et Matango) films de science fiction de Honda et Tsuburaya, sans la présence de kaiju et autres monstres géants. Le film se concentre plutôt sur des délinquants, des chanteurs de boites de nuit et des créatures radioactives et liquides qui hantent les égouts de Tōkyō.
La bande son de ce film n'a pas été réalisée par Akira Ifukube, le compositeur habituel des films tokusatsu des studios Toho. Cette tâche fut confiée à Masaru Satō, d'orientation plus jazzy, ambiance qui colle plus au film qui prend place autour des boites de nuit.
