Terumoto Mori
Terumoto Mori (né le 22 janvier 1553 mort le 27 avril 1625), général japonais, est le fils de Takamoto Mori et descendant d'une des plus grandes familles japonaises. Il s'est battu contre Toyotomi Hideyoshi mais finalement vaincu, il participa à de nombreuses batailles aux côté de ce dernier (notamment, il participa à la campagne de Kyushu en 1587).Il construisit aussi le château d'Hiroshima.
Terumoto fut un des membres du conseil des Cinq avec Ukita Hideie, Maeda Toshiie, Uesugi Kagekatsu et Tokugawa Ieyasu. Il se rangea cependant contre Ieyasu Tokugawa à la bataille de Sekigahara auquel il ne participa pas. Vaincu,il défendit Hideyori Toyotomi lors du siège d'Osaka.
Ieyasu Tokugawa annexa ses terres ne lui laissant que les provinces les plus à l'Ouest : Nagato et Suo (369000 koku au total).
Malgré cela, Terumoto Mori fut un général admirable et respectable et il dirigea exemplairement ses fiefs jusqu'à sa mort.
