Le syndrome d'Aase ou anémie de Diamond-Blackfan est une maladie héréditaire rare caractérisée par l'association d'une anémie, elle même secondaire à une érythoblastopénie, à un syndrome malformatif d'intensité variable mais le plus souvent discret. Ce terme désigne en fait une forme clinique particulière d'anémie de Blackfan-Diamond et est peu utilisé.
