Stefan Nikolov Stambolov (bulgare : Стефан Николов Стамболов) (31 janvier 1854, Veliko Tarnovo6 juillet 1895, Sofia) était un homme d'État, révolutionnaire et poète bulgare.

Il fut Prince régent de Bulgarie (1886-1887) et Premier ministre (1887-1894). Il est considéré comme l'un des plus importants « fondateurs de la Bulgarie moderne » et est parfois dénommé « le Bismarck bulgare ».
