Spoon est un groupe de rock indépendant américain, originaire d'Austin, Texas. Le groupe est composé de Britt Daniel (chant, guitare), Jim Eno (batterie); Rob Pope (basse) et Eric Harvey (clavier, guitare, percussion, choeurs).

Biographie

Le groupe d'origine est formé en 1993 par Britt Daniel et Jim Eno. Il comprenait également Greg Wilson à la guitare et Andy McGuire à la basse. Le nom du groupe est un hommage au groupe de rock allemand des années 70, Can, et son tube Spoon.
