La splanchnopleure (ou pariétopleure) est le feuillet interne de la portion ventrale du mésoderme chez les métazoaires triploblastiques uniquement, par opposition à la somatopleure. Chez l'Homme, la splanchnopleure se met en place lors du 20ème jour du développement embryonnaire. Elle est en contact avec la vésicule vitelline secondaire.
La splanchnopleure est à l'origine des cellules sanguines ainsi que du péricarde, du myocarde, de l'endothélium, et de toute la musculature viscérale.
