Southtown
Southtown (littéralement la ville du sud) est une ville fictive américaine de l'univers Neo-Geo (Neo-Geo AES, Neo-Geo MVS) et est le lieu de déroulement de nombreux tournois de combats. La ville fut introduite dans le premier Fatal Fury comme une ville gouverné par Geese Howard. On apprendra par la suite que l'histoire de Art of Fighting s'est déroulé également dans le même univers, mais à peu près dix ans auparavent.
Après une multitude de tournois et de combats devenus célèbres, la ville sera détruite en 2000 par un canon activé par Zero. Une deuxième ville, baptisée Second Southtown, sera bâtie dans un emplacement proche de celui de la précédente, et sera le théâtre du tournoi de Garou: Mark of the Wolves
