  • Il s'agit du premier album enregistré après le départ forcé du chanteur Joey Belladonna le 19 février 1992. John Bush vient du groupe Armored Saint.
  • Cet album aura un gros succès aux USA avec 600,000 exemplaires vendus (source : billboard). MTV a largement diffusé le clip du single Only ce qui a bien aidé.
  • Un titre ne figurant pas sur le disque a fini sur la bande originale du film Last Action Hero : Poison My Eyes.
