Textures
Textures est un groupe de metal technique originaire des Pays-Bas, formé en 2001, et qui a à ce jour sorti trois albums. Textures joue une sorte de mathcore très rapprochée du "math metal" (et de groupes comme Meshuggah), en ajoutant quelques éléments de metalcore, death metal et thrash metal, avec une voix légèrement plus 'hardcore', comparativement à d'autres groupes. Sur leur premier album, Polars, Textures s'est aussi bien inspiré des sonorités ambient, que l'on retrouve considérablement moins sur leur album Drawing Circles.
