Showimg est un visualiseur d'images pour KDE. Le logiciel possède toutes les possibilités « classiques » d'un visualiseur d'images ainsi que quelques fonctionnalités plus avancées (lecture des archives zip, tar, ..., application de filtres, renommage en série, recherche d'images similaires, ...). Dans les versions récentes, il permet d'utiliser le système de plugins d'images Kipi et d'organiser/étiqueter les images permettant de les classer en catégories arborescentes.
