Shōnai (庄内町 ; -machi) est une ville du district d'Higashitagawa dans la préfecture de Yamagata au nord de l'île de Honshū au Japon.
Elle fut fondée par la fusion des villes d'Amarume et Tachikawa en 2005.
En 2005, la population s'élevait à 24 921 habitants et sa densité était de 249,26 personnes par km². Sa superficie est de 99,98 km².
