Roger Davis est un peintre anglais contemporain né en 1942 à Weymouth (Dorset, Angleterre). Il vit actuellement à Rabat.
Installé au Maroc depuis décembre 1990, ce peintre, passé de l'abstrait au figuratif, a développé une technique non conventionnelle tant dans la composition de ses tableaux que dans le choix des matériaux.
Son œuvre s'inscrit dans le mouvement "actualiste" et nous donne à voir un Maroc jusqu'alors jamais peint. Ses tableaux sont le point de départ d'une réflexion tant sur la création artistique que sur l'évolution d'un pays dont il partage le quotidien depuis 18 ans.
