Le Pentateuque d'Ashburnham (Paris, Bibl. nat. MS nouv. acq. lat. 2334) est un manuscrit enluminé médiéval du Pentateuque (le premier des cinq livres de l'Ancien Testament). Il est daté de la fin du VIe siècle. Il est connu sous le nom du Pentateuque de Tours, ou Bible de Tours.

L'origine de ce manuscrit est incertaine. Même s'il est classifié comme espagnol, il peut être venu d'Afrique du Nord ou de Syrie. Un des éléments supportant cette théorie est qu'il représente des animaux exotiques et des gens de couleur. De plus, les couleurs et compositions sont les plus proches d'un art arabe.

Le manuscrit a d'abord été conservé à la Bibliothèque nationale de Tours avant d'être volé en 1842 et vendu au duc de Ashburinham en 1847. Depuis 1888, il est conservé à la Bibliothèque nationale de France.

Ce manuscrit présente les cinq livres de l'Ancien Testament : Genèse, Exode, Livre des Nombres, Lévitique et Deutéronome.

Il est composé de 142 folios (pages) et 19 illustrations. Il mesure 372 mm sur 321 mm. C'est un des plus importants manuscrits de son époque et l'un des plus extraordinaires.
