Raymond Lee Washington, né le 14 août 1953, décédé le 9 août 1979, fut co-fondateur du célèbre gang américain, les Crips.
Raymond "Ray Ray" Washington est né à Compton en Californie. À l'âge de 3 ans, sa famille déménage à la 76ème Rue, dans le côté Est de South Central Los Angeles.
Il créa les "Baby Avenues sluggers", qui changèrent finalement leur nom pour les "Crips".
