La Prudential Tower est un gratte-ciel situé dans le quartier de Back Bay, à Boston, dans le Massachusetts, au nord-est des États-Unis. Elle a été construite en 1964 sur les plans de l'architecte Charles Luckman.
La tour accueille les bureaux de la compagnie Prudential Insurance et comporte 52 étages.
Elle mesure 240 mètres de hauteur (229 m hors antenne), ce qui en fait le deuxième plus haut gratte-ciel de Boston après le John Hancock Tower. Après sa construction, elle fut pendant quelques années le plus haut immeuble du monde hors de New York.
