Arrow Head est un film de Maurice Rebeix produit par M6 et Tanka Productions dans lequel le grimpeur Patrick Edlinger visite les différents sites de l'Ouest Américain tel que Joshua Tree (voies et blocs), le Yosemite (blocs), Hueco Tanks (blocs) ainsi que Smith Rock (voies). On le voit notamment évoluer avec des grimpeurs américains.
Le film présente de nombreuses séquences illustrées d'une musique d'inspiration amérindienne signée Benoît Fromanger. Moins connu que les deux films précédents que sont La vie au bout des doigts et Opéra Vertical, il demeure tout de même une référence pour tous les amateurs d'escalade.
La voix off d'Edlinger vient ponctuer de nombreuses séquences. On garde en tête quelques phrases mythiques telles que : « L'escalade, cette chose inutile à laquelle je consacre ma vie ».
