Historique
Bethany Joy Galeotti a commencé à composer les 8 chansons de Preincarnate en 1998, alors qu'elle jouait dans le soap Guiding Light sous le nom de Joy Lenz. Les 5 premières chansons ont été arrangées par Barry Solomon et les 3 autres par Dave Edwards.
Preincarnate est finalement mis en vente en Octobre 2002 par le label Limited Edition Independent Record, en édition limitée mais la réponse est assez tiède.[réf. nécessaire]
Bethany a une grande voie car elle chante avec quatre octaves. Sa musique est Folk rock et c'est elle qui joue à la guitare. Elle s'est inspirée de Sheryl Crow et Joni Mitchell.
