Le district de Podunavlje, en serbe cyrillique Подунавски округ, est situé en Serbie centrale. En 2002, il comptait 226 589 habitants. Le centre administratif en est la ville de Smederevo.
Villes principales du district de Podunavlje
Au XIVe siècle, Smederevo était la capitale de l’État serbe. On y trouve encore un palais datant du règne de Đurađ Branković.
Sur le plan économique, Smederevo est aujourd’hui l’une des plus importantes villes de Serbie.
