Peter W. Galbraith (né en 1950) est membre du Centre for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation de Washington et fut donc négociateur des accords de Dayton, puis premier ambassadeur des États-Unis en Croatie. Il est professeur au National War College.[1] Il était présent dans la zone d’où est partie la rébellion kurde, en 1991, et est favorable à la création d’un Kurdistan indépendant.
