Quizás, quizás, quizás

Quizás, quizás, quizás est un boléro cubain, écrit par le cubain Osvaldo Farrés en 1947. La chanson fut ensuite adaptée en anglais en 1958 par Nat King Cole, sous le titre Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps.

Cette chanson connut de nombreuses interprétations, les plus connues étant sans doute celles de Nat King Cole, en espagnol avec un fort accent américain, enregistrée en 1958, et celle de Doris Day pour la version anglaise. Celia Cruz, Pérez Prado, Dario Moreno, Julio Iglesias, le groupe rock Cake, Arielle Dombasle (en 2004), Omara Portuondo, Irakere l'ont aussi chantée.

Autres adaptations

Luis Mariano a été le premier à en faire une version française sous le titre Qui sait, qui sait, qui sait. Pascal Parisot en a fait une intitulée Que je sache sur l'album Wonderful en 2002. Gérard Blanchard en a fait une adaptation très personnelle : Sardine sur son album La Migraine du moineau sorti en 2003.

Elle eut aussi droit à une version arabe, créée par l'algérien Abdelhakim Garami en 1958, Chehilet laayani, une chanson du style chaâbi algérois. Le chanteur qui l'interprète aujourd'hui est Abdelkader Chaou. Cette même version a été reprise par la tunisienne Syrine Ben Moussa en 2006. En 2004, le groupe Barrio Chino a réorchestré cette chanson dans le spectacle franco-algérien Les Orientales (Mona Boutchebak, Sylvie Aniorte-Paz, Saleha Moudjari, Gil Aniorte) (cf MK2 Music).
