Paul Bennett
Paul Bennett est un homme drogué et impulsif. Il était marié avec Rita Bennett et a eu avec cette dernière deux enfants : Astor et Cody. Mais l'agent Debra Morgan ayant découvert qu'il possédait des substances illicites et qu'il battait sa femme, Paul a été incarcéré.
Quand il sort de prison, il se rend compte que Rita (avec qui il n'a pas encore divorcé) a un nouveau petit copain : Dexter Morgan. Furieux, il tente de récupérer sa femme et ses enfants tout en recourant à la violence ou aux menaces. Mais il se laisse piéger par Dexter qui lui injecte une dose de drogue. La police retrouve Paul avec de l'héroïne dans le sang et il est de nouveau envoyé en prison.
Mais son second séjour en prison prend rapidement fin lorsqu'il est tué lors d'un combat avec d'autres prisonniers.
