- En architecture, une parclose, du vieux français parclouse « enclos » est un panneau de boiserie utilisé notamment comme élément de séparation dans la partie de l’enceinte d’une stalle d’église renfermant le siège.
- En menuiserie, c’est une petite baguette en bois, un profilé métallique ou en PVC servant à maintenir le vitrage dans les feuillures d'un châssis. Une parclose peut avoir plusieurs finitions : laquée, anodisée, brute. Elle s'assemble généralement par clippage sur un profil dormant ou ouvrant.
