L'Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary (OALD) est un dictionnaire d'anglais publié par l'Oxford University Press. La dernière édition date de 2010.

Ce dictionnaire monolingue (anglais-anglais) est destiné aux étudiants étrangers apprenant l'anglais. Il a été à l'origine conçu par A. S. Hornby (Chief Editor). La première édition date de 1948 (déjà par Oxford University Press, sous le titre peu différent de A Learner's Dictionary of Current English), c'est le père des dictionnaires destinés aux étudiants non anglophones. OALD est aujourd'hui un best-seller (30 millions d'exemplaires vendus, selon la communication d'OUP), mais il doit faire face à une forte concurrence.

Imprimée en Chine, la septième édition est sortie en 2005. Une version CD-Rom accompagne le dictionnaire papier et contient la prononciation des mots en anglais américain ou britannique, et donne une explication étymologique succincte des mots.
