Ousmane Diallo est un sportif guinéen (Lutte gréco-romaine, Lutte libre) né à Labé (Guinée). Ce lutteur international guinéen a au cours de sa carrière sportive évolué avec le syli national Lutte (équipe nationale de Guinée) dans différents club français (US Métro, Grenoble Wrestling Club, AS Villeurbanne à Lyon).

Il a participé à plusieurs compétitions internationales notamment :
- Championnat de Guinée : 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993
- Jeux africains : Nairobi (1987), Caire (1990)
- Championnat d'Afrique : Tunis (1988), Maroc(1990)
- Jeux olympiques : Séoul (1988)
- Championnat du Monde : Clermont Ferrand (1987)
- Tournoi international : Henri Deglane (1990)
- Championnat de France : 1994, 1995, 1996
Il a notamment gagné plusieurs titres de champion de Guinée, deux titres de champion d'Afrique et un titre de champion de France (1995). Il était capitaine du syli national lutte de 1989 à 1993.
