Osman Batur (Osman Batir ou Ospan Batyr) (kazakh : وسپان باتىر; chinois : 欧斯曼·巴图尔 ; en pinyin : ōusīmàn Bātúěr ), (1899 - 29 avril 1951), né dans le Xinjiang (en République populaire de Chine actuelle) en 1899, est un héros de la résistance kazakhe, bien connu notamment dans le Xinjiang pour ses combats pour la liberté du peuple kazakhe.
En 1947, Osman Batur et ses Kazakhs décident de faire sécession dans le Xinjiang.
Capturé dans le sud cette région turcophone, il est condamné à mort et décapité à Urumqi le 29 avril 1951. Après sa mort, beaucoup de ses partisans se sont enfuis dans les montagnes de l'Himalaya, avant d'être transportés par avion vers la Turquie, où ils vivent désormais.
