One Fusion est une technique développée par Stella telecom permettant l'addition de liens SDSL ou ADSL afin d'atteindre des débits normalement réservés à la fibre optique.
Le principe
Le principe est d'additionner plusieurs liens xDSL identiques pour réaliser une véritable agrégation afin de créer un lien virtuel unique et de grande capacité.
Ce système n’est en aucun cas une solution d’équilibrage de charge (load balancing), mais une véritable agrégation, au même titre que des solutions RNIS (z x B).
Cette technique se situe entre le niveau 2 et le niveau 3 et permet le transport des données de façon totalement transparente avec une MTU de 1500 (Ethernet pur).
Historique
- 2003 : Stella Telecom innove et développe une technique exclusive d'agrégation de liens xDSL, [One Fusion. Cette solution est utilisée principalement par des résidences hôtelières et étudiantes.
- 2007 : La technique One Fusion est mise à disposition des professionnels en début d’année 2007.
