Norman J. LeBlanc est un réalisateur de séries d'animations. Canadien anglophone, il est né à Red Deer le 5 juillet 1956. Les Minis Justiciers, sa dernière réalisation, est actuellement programmée sur TF1 (auteur : Zep) - Production : Futurikon. Il travaille actuellement sur une nouvelle série de Timoon, "Scary Larry". Norman J. LeBlanc est père de deux enfants, Julian et Alice. Il réside à Paris avec sa femme Sophie.
