Nephtali (en hébreu:נַפְתָּלִי - "Mon combat") est le sixième fils de Jacob et le second fils de sa troisième épouse Bilha. Sa naissance est racontée dans le livre de la Genèse. Ses descendants forment la tribu de Nephtali.
D'après le récit biblique, c'est Rachel qui nomme cet enfant, fils de sa servante, en référence au combat qu'elle mène face à sa sœur Léa qui a déjà donné de nombreux enfants à Jacob.
Dans la bénédiction de Jacob mourant à ses fils, Nephtali est associé au cerf.
