Negative FX est un groupe de hardcore originaire de Boston créé en 1982 et aujourd'hui séparé. Le groupe n'a à son actif qu'un album, mais est emblématique de la mouvance hardcore straight edge américaine des années 1980.
On dit que le groupe californien NOFX s'est inspiré de leur nom pour créer le leur.
