Le rhinopharynx ou nasopharynx est la partie supérieure du pharynx au-dessus du voile du palais constituée des fosses nasales. Il commence derrière les cornets, dans la région postérieure des cavités nasales: les choanes. Il est en communication avec la trompe auditive (oreille moyenne) et se termine derrière l'uvule. L'épithélium y est pseudostratifié prismatique cilié.
