Cellule myeloïde suppressive

Les cellules myéloïdes suppressives (Myeloid-derived suppressor cells ou MdSC) sont des cellules immunitaires, d'origine myéloïde, comme les monocytes, mais dont les propriétés sont immunosuppressives.

Chez la souris, leur définition phénotypique est Gr1 (Ly-6G/C)+ et CD11b+. Chez les humains, la définition phénotypique n'est pas encore standardisée. Cependant, les MdSC humaines sont souvent définies comme monocytaires (CD33+) et immatures (HLA-DR-) ou encore comme CD14- et CD11b+.
