Né Clifford Smith en 1975 à Kingston (Jamaïque), est à la fois un musicien et un DJ.
Catapulté au top des charts dominicains en 1997 dans la mouvance dancehall avec "Heads High" (Filthy riddim) et "Nike Air"(Playground riddim), sa voix est une fusion entre le rap et le ragga.
