L'élection de Miss Terre est un concours international de beauté annuel visant à sensibiliser à l'écologie et à la protection de l'environnement. La première élection se tint en 2001.
Miss Planète est le troisième plus important concours international de beauté derrière Miss Univers et Miss Monde en nombre de pays participants. La lauréate s'engage à promouvoir des projets environnementaux durant son année de règne.
