Memo est une sous-division "minimale" du célèbre label berlinois de musique électronique Bpitch Control, mené par la DJ Ellen Allien. Créé en 2005, le label se développe autour de la techno micro-house teintée d'electronica (chère à bpitch) communément désignée par le style de la "minimale" qui éclos et explosé en Allemagne depuis le début des années 2000. Ont été signés des artistes comme Ben Klock (déjà présent sur Bpitch Control) ou des new-comers (nouveaux venus) tels que le duo Zander VT.
