Manijeh Hekmat (en persan : منیژه حکمت) est une réalisatrice iranienne née en 1962. Elle commence le cinéma à l'âge de 14 ans et réalise 3 films amateurs en 8mm. Sa carrière professionnelle démarre en 1980 en tant que réalisatrice assistante, poste qu'elle occupe pour onze films.
Des cinq films qu’elle a produits, The Girl in Sneakers (La fille en baskets) et Bunch of Glass (Un tas de verre) lui valent de nombreux prix dans des festivals nationaux et internationaux.
Le film Zendan-e Zanan (Prison de femmes) marque ses débuts en tant que réalisatrice. Elle est actuellement (2006) en train de tourner son deuxième long-métrage, Seh Zan (Trois femmes).
